The most open of the two single vineyard Gavi's produced at this estate. Unaoked and with good richness on the palate with nicely moderated acidity, fresh and clean with citrus notes. An outstanding estate that really puts Gavi back on the map.
Straw-yellow colour with a greenish hue. Subtle, persistent, scent of green apples with complex floral undertones. Slightly acidic with an enticing almondy aftertaste.
