"At an in-house taste-off, Paul clapped it for mouthfeel, florals. Flowers and flavour. Ben chef reckoned it was a perfumed garden. Chris from the stock department declared itwas rich, aromatic perfume aka acid clawing viognierness.
Mr. Ben who made it, found rose on the nose. Like a rose pressed dry in an old poetry book. Park and three others
agreed ripe, stone fruit which then branched into peach, nectarine or apricot."
