Lagaria Pinot Grigio posseses pleasant floral and fruit aroma’s (apple, apricot & pear) it is medium-bodied, with a refreshing fruit character and a refined fruit elegance. To intensify the aroma, flavor, and weight, 10-15% of the wine is produced from late-harvested grapes. Lagaria Pinot Grigio is a great accompaniment to meaty types of fish, such as salmon, halibut, and swordfish. It also pairs well with shellfish, veal, chicken and pasta.

Whenever I am having sea-food this is my wine of choice. It pairs with anything from shellfish to swordfish. This medium-bodied wine is fresh and has a fantastic smell of fruits like apple, apricot and pear.
