"Combined with 10% Petit Verdot the style of our Cabernet Franc lies somewhere between the contrasting styles of the Loire Valley and Bordeaux in France. The Cabernet Franc vines now in their fifth leaf, produce wines of elegance and finesse. Aromas of black cherry, red fruit and mocha are followed on the palate by fresh fruits, coffee and herbs.
