Our Guarantee

You must be completely satisfied with your purchase, or simply return the item within 30 days for a quick exchange, refund or credit. We only ask that you return the merchandise in new condition, in original boxes with your receipt. Sorry, no returns on videotapes, personalized items, CDs, software, or food. Shipping is refunded only if the wrong items were shipped, or merchandise was received damaged. For all Wine Cellars, pre-payment is required and a 25% restocking charge will be imposed for any cancellations after 3 days.

Out of Stock Items

Though we continually monitor inventory to ensure product availability, there are times when products may be out of stock. If that occurs, a representative will contact you to suggest a comparable substitution. If you decide not to make a substitution, we will ship available items minus the out of stock item(s) or cancel the order if you prefer to do so. Your credit card will not be charged until we ship your order, and you will not be charged for out-of-stock items.

Credit Card Refunds

SaluteWineMarket.com process refunds to the credit card used at time of purchase upon receiving your returned shipment. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.

Sales Tax

Certain states require us to collect and remit sales or use tax as part of our license to conduct business in their state. Sales and/or Use Tax will be applied to orders with California (7.25%), New Hampshire(alcohol only) and Virginia(5%) delivery addresses.

Payment by Check or Money Order

To pay by check or money order, please contact Customer Care at sales@salutewinemarket.com Orders paid for with these methods will not ship until the check has been cleared.

Email Order Confirmations

SaluteWineMarket.com sends email order confirmations to the address specified in your account. An email confirmation of new orders is sent that specifies when your package has been shipped. Email confirmations are considered a service, and are therefore still delivered to customers that have requested not to receive promotional email messages from SaluteWineMarket.com

Wine Shipping Policy

We hold a Virginia Wine Shippers license which licenses us to ship wine within the state of Virginia. Other states determine their own laws for allowing direct shipment of wine. Laws vary by state from completely open to felony criminal act. That is why you are buying from us in Virginia. When your order is approved by your credit card company, you own the goods. If you choose shipping as a delivery method, you are asking us to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you. We make no representations about the legality of shipping alcoholic beverages. Wine Direct Shipping laws are changing monthly. We attempt to keep up but you are responsible to know the laws of your state. We check every order and may contact you to discuss your options. You can call or email sales@salutewinemarket.com us for the current status of your state. Listed below are the current states we ship to:

States we ship wine to: Alaska, California, New Hampshire, Ohio, Oregon, Virginia, Florida, Washington D.C.

State we DO NOT ship wine to: Alabama, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, South Dakota, Oklahoma, Missouri, Kentucky, Maine

Gourmet Foods and Accessories Shipping Policy

 

We can ship all other merchandise anywhere in the continental USA. If you order contains both wine and other merchandise and you specify a shipping state that does not allow direct shipment of wine, the other merchandise will be shipped and the wine will be deleted from your order. You will receive and email informing you of the change to your order.

Shipping charges for merchandise (not wine) are determined by the total value of your order, the ship to zip code and the shipping method. Certain oversized and heavy items do not apply; in these cases separate shipping charges are indicated in the item description. All shipping is subject to verification. Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped the same day. We will notify you by email of any delay beyond 10 days.

Items with a noted separate shipping charge such as heavy items, wine cellars, nitrogen systems, and oversized items cannot be shipped using express delivery methods. Any orders that combine items with a separate shipping charge and items that use the shipping chart will be charged the shipping chart fee for only those items and for the selected shipping method (Standard, 2 Day Air, or Next Day) and the separate shipping fee. The item with the extra shipping fee will not be delivered using the express delivery methods.

Items cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes. International orders and orders to APO/FPO bases and countries outside the continental U.S. require higher shipping charges than shown in the chart. Call 540-535-2171 for actual shipping rates in these circumstances.

Wine Shipping Charges

Wine shipping charges are calculated based on weight and delivery address. Approximate costs are shown below.

1 bottle $8.00, 2 bottles $10.00, 4 bottles $15.00, 6 bottles $18.00, 12 bottles, $36.00

Wine Cellar Shipping Charges

Wine cellars and other heavy items receive our White Glove Delivery. With this service, the shipping company will bring the item into your home, unpack it, inspect it and dispose of the packaging. Delivery is by appointment, and you will be called to arrange a day. For most items, the charge for this service is separate from standard delivery charges. Express Delivery Policy

Salute! Wine Market offers two express delivery methods – 2 Business Day Delivery and Next Business Day Delivery. All express delivery orders for in-stock items must be placed on the web site before 1 pm Eastern Time in order to be processed and shipped the same day. Any orders placed after 1 pm Eastern will be processed the following business day. If any order is placed after 1 pm Eastern Time on a Friday, the order will be processed the following Monday/next business day.

Delivery to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico

Standard Delivery shipping rates do not apply to any orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico will be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) and applicable rates will apply.

Returns Policy

SaluteWineMarket.com guarantees the quality of all our products. Your satisfaction is our first priority. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your order for Customer Care assistance at sales@salutewinemarket.com or call Customer Service at 540-535-2171 10 am to 5 pm EST Tuesday through Saturday. Cancelled and/or returned orders may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
